We appreciate our customers and the contribution they make to the success of our local business.  Whether it’s through the positive reviews they share or by recommending us to their colleagues – we recognize their genuine value and want to reward them for their support.

We have created the Customer Referral Program to do just that!

What is the Customer Referral Program?

The program is simple – If an existing customer refers someone to us, and they select us as their service provider for any janitorial, landscaping, maintenance or site management services, we give the referrer a $25 Foodland gift card.  There is no limit to the number of people you can refer.

Sounds good?  We thought so too!

Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the Integrated Facility Services Hawaii referral program.

1.  To be eligible for the Customer Referral Program, the Customer (referrer) must recommend our services to a contact (referral) who is not already an existing customer of Integrated Facility Services Hawaii.

2.  Referrals must be on the island of Oahu.

3.  The referrer may complete the designated form on the IFSH Contact Us Page. (https://ifshi.com/contact). The data collected on this form will be used in two ways. 1) To contact the Referral 2) To track the referral.  The Referral can also state the above information upon contacting Integrated Facility Services Hawaii.

4.  Integrated Facility Services Hawaii will then contact the referral. If they select us as a service provider for any janitorial, landscaping, maintenance or site management services, we give the referrer a $25 Foodland gift card.

5.  A referral will be deemed successful when the Referee selects Integrated Facility Services Hawaii as a service provider.

6.  If the referral cancels our service before service has been completed, the referral gift card will not be issued.

7.  The referral must sign up within 30 days of being referred to us, to be considered successful.

8.  For each successful referral, Integrated Facility Services Hawaii will issue a $25 Foodland gift card to the Referrer customer.

9.  Integrated Facility Services Hawaii reserves the right to cancel the customer referral program without prior notice in its entirety or for a specific referrer at any time for any reason.

10. Integrated Facility Services Hawaii respects your privacy and the information you provide will be stored in confidence under the provisions of the Data Protection Act.
