IFSH partnered with the Surfrider Foundation to support environmental sustainability by participating in the Mālama ʻĀina Community Clean-Up in Kaka‘ako. Volunteers rolled up their sleeves to promote environmental stewardship and celebrate Earth Month through meaningful action. (2025)

IFSH volunteered at U.S. VETS, replacing doors at the pool hall and connecting with veterans over bingo and ice cream. This program provides housing and support programs to help homeless veterans gain stability and independence. (2025)

IFSH had the privilege of volunteering with Lanakila Meals on Wheels, a program dedicated to supporting Hawaii's kupuna and community members by providing nutritious meals and heartfelt companionship.  (2024)

NAWIC Hawaii, Honolulu Habitat and IFSH volunteered at the US Vets facility in Kapolei.  Volunteers painted rooms, pulled weeds and cleaned up the landscaping. (2023)

IFSH President, Tiera Covington and family helped the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) with the Salvation Army Treatment Services gift wrapping event for the Christmas season. (2022)

IFSH President, Tiera Covington, served as one of Hawaii's premier business leaders at an intimate luncheon with Young Professional members to "talk story" where they can learn from the accomplished business executives! (2022)

In the month of March, IFSH collected items requested from the keiki at Hoʻomalu o Na Kamaliʻi, a temporary shelter to children on O'ahu. (2022)

IFSH thanked the residents at Rosalei with breakfast and coffee for their participation and generosity at the various community service events in 2021. (2021)

Over 50 schools on the Leeward side of ‘Oahu received school supplies donated by our employees, community partners (Rosalei, Castle Surf, Holomua), friends and family at our Back-to-School Drive. (2021)

IFSH teamed up with Chef Linda Gehring from Hawaiian Style Cooking Classes to prepare a homemade meal for 35 families at Ronald McDonald House Charities Hawaii (RMHC-HI). (2021)
