Application privacy notice
This notice describes how Integrated Facility Services Hawaii handles information submitted through the online job application form.
What we collect
The application form collects your name, contact information (email and/or phone), location preference, availability, relevant experience, optional resume (PDF), and any additional information you choose to provide. We do not collect Social Security numbers, government ID documents, banking information, medical details, or full street addresses through this form.
How we use your information
Information you submit is used to evaluate your application for employment at IFSH. Applications are delivered by email to hr@ifshi.com for review by HR. We do not store applications in a website database or public file archive.
Email processing
Application delivery uses a transactional email provider (Resend) to send your submission to IFSH. Email transmission involves processing by the email provider and your email service provider. IFSH does not use application data for marketing purposes.
Resume attachments
If you upload a resume, it is attached to the application email sent to HR. Resume files are not retained on the website server after the email is sent. If upload fails, you may submit without an attachment and email your resume separately to hr@ifshi.com with your application reference.
Retention
Retention of application materials is governed by IFSH HR procedures and the email systems used to receive applications. Contact hr@ifshi.com with questions about your submission.
