Duties and Responsibilities: Clean restrooms; Replenish supplies; Sweep & mop hard surface floors; Vacuum carpeted floors; Dust and disinfect surfaces; Empty trash and replace liners; Sweeping the dumpster area; Pick up trash around the property; Pressure wash walkways; Weeding; Cleaning the rec room; Light painting; Sanitize the dumpster weekly.

Minimum Requirements: Legally authorized to work in the United States; Minimum age 18, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent; Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and if hired, random drug testing; Ability to pass criminal background check; Flexible and adapt well to change; Team Player.

Preferred Qualifications: Honest and trustworthy, able to work both independently and in a team; Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new techniques; Dependable, always punctual for shifts; Strong attention to detail; Efficient time management skills; Outstanding customer service skills – a warm greeting and smile are essential; Maintains a clean and neat appearance every day; Clear verbal and written communication skills.
